Location of Trail Markers

Signs marking the Potawatomi-Miami trail have been put up by various organizations or individuals. The signs are either on the historic location of the trail or in a relative close proximity to the trail. A small directional sign with a map has been placed under the main trail sign to indicate the distance to the trail. Some of the trail signs are mounted on metal posts and others are displayed inside a supporting organization’s building. (See photos of trail signs at several locations.)

Waterford Mennonite Church	65975 IN-15, Goshen, IN 46526	The church building is 1.4 miles west of the trail. The trail sign is on a stand in the foyer.
Half-Moon Rising Fruit, Nut, and Berry Orchard	135 E Kercher Rd., Goshen, IN 46526	The orchard is .8 mile west of the trail. The sign is on a post by the walking and bike trail (Winona Trail).
Assembly Mennonite Church	727 New York St, Goshen, IN 46526	The church building is 450 feet west of the trail. The sign is on a post outside by the main church entrance.
Eighth Street Mennonite Church	602 S 8th St, Goshen, IN 46526	The church building is 350 feet west of the trail. The sign is displayed in the building.
Goshen Historical Society Museum	124 S. Main St. – Goshen, IN 46526	The trail is 50 feet east of the east entrance door to the building. The sign is displayed in the building.
The Depot Thrift Shop at Mennonite Central Committee Great Lakes building	1013 Division Street, Goshen, IN 46528	The trail is .3 miles northeast of the building. The sign is on a post to the right of the main entrance to The Depot.
Sunnyside Mennonite Church	23786 Sunnyside Ave, Elkhart, IN 46516	The church building is .2 miles east of the trail. The sign is on display at the church.
Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary	3003 Benham Ave, Elkhart, IN 46517	The trail crosses Benham Avenue and enters the land of the seminary. The is a trail sign located by the northeast corner of the parking lot by the Chapel. There are three additional signs that mark the trail spur that head north to the St. Joseph River. One sign is on the west side of the Chapel, one is by the west entrance to the Library, and one is on a light post by the main entrance to the seminary.
